The Mud Flat is perfect for parents traveling with kids and/or pets.  The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has two twins.  A small cot is available on request for a 5th person.  The Mud Flat has two private entrances, a full bath, open concept kitchen/eating/living room and a walk-out patio with table, chairs and BBQ.  The landscaped green is just outside your door where you can enjoy watching your children and dogs run & play.   

The town is currently building a trail across the road that links to an established nature trail that winds thru a marsh and along the shore to the other side of Katy's Cove.  This is great for biking or hiking with your dogs or kids.  

The Mud Flat kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fridge, dishwasher, pots, pans and cutlery.   Its a small, cheerful suite that will surprise you with its comfort and amenities.  Decorated in a maritime theme, it has white wainscotting, yellows and blues with lots of windows and extra touches.
