General Policy

  • Bed & Breakfast is available year around.  Self-Catering is available May thru October.
  • Check-in is 4:30-9:00pm.  Check-out is 10:30am.  However, please inquire if you have special needs.
  • The Tidal Zone is non-smoking environment.  Ashtrays are available for Guests who want to smoke outside.
  • Children and well behaved pets are welcome!

Rates & Reservations Policy:

  • Summer rates (June 21-September 21) start at $125/day or $750/week, including tax.    Please see the 2010 Rates page on the left for the full rate schedule.
  • Availability calendars are on the left but to check for last-minute cancellations, pease email  sue@tidalzone.ca or call Sue at 1-506-529-4245. 
  • A deposit of 20% is required to hold your reservation.  The remaining balance is due upon arrival.  Sorry, there are no refunds for early departures or unused days.
  • Refunds.  Your deposit will be refunded if you notify us in advance (at least 2 days for daily rental or 1 month for weekly rental).

Cleanliness Policy

  • Accomodations are thoroughly cleaned between guests to ensure everyone is greeted with a fresh room and ammenities.   
  • The Tidal Zone is nationally graded by www.canadaselect.com to ensure travellers receive best value across all Canadian Provinces.  
  • The Tidal Zone is a member of the St. Andrews Chamber of Commerce and adheres to its values and principles.  www.standrews.ca
  • Damage Deposit.  When renting the full cottage for one or more weeks, guests are asked to provide a $500 damage deposit.

Pet-Friendly Policy:

  • Sue's B&B Cottage and Self-Catering Cottage welcomes well-behaved pets with responsible owners who will ensure their pets are on leash, never left alone, and do not disturb other guests. 
  • Guests with pets are required to pay a one-time fee of $25.  This helps us maintain our cleanliness standard for our next guests.
  • Guests with pets should be aware of a town by-law reguiring owners to clean up after their pets and keep them on-leash.
